Konnected, part of the Konnected Group of companies is excited to share that it has recently been awarded the contract to provide O&M service’s to Guinea Alumina Corporation, GAC.

This is a five year contract for their 20Mw Power Station and will require a high quality 24/7 support service.

In addition, Konnected will play a leading role in providing solutions to significantly reduce the Carbon Emissions and Fuel Consumption. This will be achieved by introducing a Solar System. Further improvements will be achieved by converting the Power Station from Diesel to a Bi-Fuel system making use of LNG.

These improvements are expected to reduce fuel consumption by at least 30% and reduce Carbon and other emissions significantly.

To support the Kamsar project Konnected with its head office in Accra, Ghana has invested in a new company, Konnected SARL registered in Guinea. We have recruited a team highly skilled engineers to manage the operation in Kamsar.
